We carry out the procedure for returning the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer. If the refund period has not expired, you can return the item to the store to get your money back.

As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that the funds will be credited to your account within a few days.

However, there are certain conditions for returning the product, which you should read.

1) You need to attach the "request for refund" form inside the parcel.

2) The "request for refund" form and the address for the return of the product must be requested from the
customer support service.

3) "Refund request" can only be written by the person who paid for the order.

4) The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

5) The country of return of the goods may differ from the address of the recipient of the goods

6) The product must not be in a used condition

7) The product must be in the same condition as you received it.

8) All factory labels and packaging must be in their original form.

Attention! All returned items are under the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our warehouse, use traceable shipping methods and insure your parcel. Save the receipt, and if the parcel is lost, you can contact the courier service for a refund.

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will check its condition. You will then be refunded the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling fees. The cost of return delivery is paid by the buyer. The seller has the right to unilaterally refuse to return the money to the buyer if the buyer violates the terms of the return of the goods.
